Since I launched the Saltwater Angler’s Pint line with first the Yellowfin Tuna Angler’s Pint and then the Bluefin Tuna Angler’s Pint, I decided to change the Striped Bass Angler’s Pint over to the new saltwater Angler’s Pint design. As shown above, the saltwater Angler’s Pints have a saltwater fly rod that wraps part way around the glass. The rod also features a large arbor reel. In addition, all the saltwater Angler’s Pints have an appropriate fly pattern opposite the fish.
The fly I chose for the back of the Striped Bass Angler’s Pint is a Mylar Popper, which I thought may have more crossover appeal for both fly anglers and everyone else. 🙂
